img_1091_2 Chad worked in health care administration for almost 35 years. In that capacity, he was involved with human resources, employment and staff development. Chad coached and mentored supervisors, managers and the employees. He developed an understanding of what it takes to make an employee–no matter what level in the organization–the best they can be and how to find the best “fit” for each one.

As a coach for families, Chad has a passion for children and the effectiveness of their parents in developing those children to be productive, happy adults by focusing in on their lovability and capability. Chad’s blog A Lovable, Capable Child supports that endeavor by looking at effective ways to parent. Chad conducts workshops on “Emotional Intelligence”, “Developing Capable Children” and “Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP).”

Over the past several years, Chad has been involved with organizations that provide services for individuals seeking help under the Workforce Investment Act. In that capacity, he has worked with individuals from all walks of life seeking to find or improve their employment and job search skills. This involvement included individual and group coaching, counseling and workshop facilitation.

Chad has a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior, a counseling degree, a certificate in career coaching, he is a member of the American Counseling Association, National Resume Writers Association, and certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as well as other assessments. Chad’s experiences have provided him with insight for coaching individuals in finding the best fit for their family, life and occupational goals.

Chad is a popular seminar and workshop facilitator who creates and leads unique, hands-on, informative workshops and seminars. He can provide assistance and support to maximize individual and organizational performance. By utilizing his organizational development education, Chad can assist companies in addressing leadership, process improvement and change management issues, as well as discovering unique and creative ways to tap into the power of their employees. Chad assists individuals with career/life planning and job search techniques. Chad has assisted hundreds in identifying and achieving their personal career, life and relationship goals.
